What We Do

P31GIRLS INC. creates structured programs and learning experiences for girls ages 7–14 centered around mentorship, STEM, leadership, and character development.

We believe the early and middle school years play a critical role in shaping confidence, communication, decision-making, and identity. Through small-group learning, mentorship, project-based experiences, and leadership development, girls are encouraged to grow with discipline, curiosity, integrity, and purpose.

P31GIRLS partners with schools and communities to provide engaging environments where girls are supported academically, developed personally, and exposed to experiences that strengthen how they think, communicate, collaborate, and lead. Everything we build is designed to help girls move beyond passive participation and toward meaningful growth that is thoughtful, structured, and lasting.
