P31GIRLS
P31GIRLS relies on professional, skilled, and educated women to lead our educational and cultural enrichment programs that provide after-school, Saturday, and lunch-and-learn options for girls and strengthen family and community involvement. The program serves girls in grades 1 through 12 year-round. We integrate faith, wellness, critical thinking, art, STEM, pre-college prep diversity and inclusion, and social action, designed to give girls a competitive edge.
Interns and volunteers help expand our capabilities in STEM, the arts, college prep, career exploration, and more. Our volunteer team is an integral part of the organization. Interns and volunteers enable us to strengthen our connection with the ethnic, artistic, academic, business, and geographic communities that are essential to pursuing our mission. P31GIRLS volunteer team members are active in everything from representing the organization at community events to program creation.
The interns and volunteers who become involved in P31GIRLS are just like you. They come from diverse backgrounds, every generation, and all professions and academic disciplines. Those who become interns or volunteers tend to stay involved because they’re making a difference and having a great time along the way. P31GIRLS INC. offers volunteers a unique opportunity to integrate their diverse backgrounds and interests to make valuable contributions to their communities, empower girls, and form lifelong friendships.
